What is Situated Learning Theory?

Full Members of the Community

Full Members of the Community are people who have progressed from learners to full participation. This transition happens gradually, as learners build confidence and take on more responsibility. At this stage, they often become mentors themselves. For example, a law graduate isn’t considered a lawyer until they pass the bar exam and begin practising independently.
