“The launch of UX-1 was a milestone this year, not only for Cloud Assess, the online assessment industry and our users too. We looked at the assessment lifecycle, listened to client feedback and set about creating a system with the best user experience yet. Our aim was to move from providing a good experience to a great one for our customers.
We re-engineered the entire infrastructure to deliver greater performance, improved workflows and a significant step change in functionality.
