  • Can we use Cloud Assess for face-to-face training and assessing or is it purely for online?

    Yes! The majority of our clients use Cloud Assess to continue delivering face-to-face. Cloud Assess can be used to deliver online too. It’s extremely flexible and allows you to deliver according to your assessment requirements.

  • How does Cloud Assess help to reduce our costs?

    Cloud Assess clients receive an ROI of 100:1 with the reduction in paper and manual admin tasks.

  • How do you create content in Cloud Assess?

    Using the drag & drop editor you can create an assessment tool or form that you need. For example you might want to create an Observation Checklist. You simply use the builder to drag over the elements of your assessment like video evidence capture or check boxes. You may want to upload eLearning too. You can create these as pdfs or within tools like Articulate and include them within an assessment or within the learning resources library. We also offer a digitisation service where we can consult on the design as well as build content too.

  • How do I subscribe to Cloud Assess?

  • How much does it cost and can you pay monthly or do you have to sign up for a year?

    Cloud Assess Starter accounts are feature-rich and come with all features as standard, apart from the Value Pack. The subscription model is based on how many concurrent User Licences you will need to use in a month. This is often referred to as like seats on a bus. There are no lock-ins and you can scale up and down month by month. Packages start from $50 a month.
