In this module, we look at the positive impact to be gained from collaborating with the client in planning and implementing support activities. The way that support workers do their job can empower or disempower. This module looks at practical strategies for working with the client, rather than doing everything for the client and meets the Strengthened Quality Standards and National Standards for Disability Services.
