Does training get assigned automatically when someone takes a new role?
Yes. Training required by a job role is assigned as soon as a worker takes that role on. You can also assign manually in bulk to a crew, or to one worker, whenever you need to.
If a worker has already completed the training for a skill, do they repeat it?
No. Workforce Skills recognises previously completed work, so a worker holding several roles does not sit through the same training twice.
Will Cloud Assess Workforce Skills sync with our HR system?
Yes. Cloud Assess can integrate with third party software like Humanforce, Employment Hero, SAP Successfactors, Cornerstone on Demand and Workday. An open API, webhooks, and Zapier is also available where skill events for awarded, expiring, and expired notify your HR platform directly.
