Why is it important to promote physical activities to children? Encouraging physical activity at a young age helps establish lifelong healthy habits. Children who grow up being physically active are more likely to continue this habit into adulthood.
Children have abundant energy, and physical activity provides a healthy outlet for them to release pent-up energy, reducing restlessness and disruptive behaviour.
Many physical activities involve teamwork, cooperation, and social interaction. Children learn valuable social skills such as communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution while engaging in activities with their peers.
