This Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Checklist is designed for UK training centres approved by an Awarding Organisation (AO) such as City & Guilds, NCFE or Pearson. This checklist lets Lead IQAs systematically sample learner evidence, validate assessor competence, and track actions to closure before certificates are claimed. It also packages the results into AO-aligned proof for EQAs and regulators like Ofsted or CQC.
