VERTO’s training operation spanned five training packages and thousands of students each year, yet every assessment was managed on paper. Physical submissions were regularly lost or delayed in transit, and staff had no way to track student progression in real time. One digital platform replacing paper with live tracking
VERTO rolled out Cloud Assess across all full qualifications and short courses, moving every theory, project, and practical assessment onto the platform. Students now access their materials online from any device, with workplace-based evidence collected through third-party sign-off features. The platform integrates directly with JobReady for student management and Power BI for reporting, giving staff accurate, real-time data without manual handling. Backend analytics and question-level performance insights have also strengthened VERTO’s quality assurance processes.
