Meet Malvikha — or as we all know her, Mal — our bright and brilliantly inquisitive Account Executive supporting RTOs and PTEs. With a background in business development and the lived experience of being a working student, Mal brings a unique understanding of how much the right tech can shape someone’s learning journey.
When she’s not helping training organisations create better experiences, you’ll usually find her elbow-deep in something creative — paint, tools, or a project that may or may not take over her entire house. And as for her “something surprising”? Let’s just say… you won’t guess it.
Read on to meet Mal.

1. Tell us about your role at Cloud Assess.
Iʼm an Account Executive for the RTO sector. And a very curious one Iʼve been told.
2. What inspires you about workplace training and the VET sector?
As a student myself, I understand how important a good learning experience is. Itʼs quite motivating to make processes better for students and to support organisations with a platform that truly can lift the quality of what they offer.
3. What company value resonates most to you?
Inclusion definitely stands out. I admire my team and inclusion is something I see and feel every day. Integrity also especially matters to me in a sales role. Itʼs important that I show up honestly, build trust, and make sure every conversation is genuinely about whatʼs right for the customer.
4. What’s your favourite saying?
“Everything is figureoutable.ˮ
It reminds me to stay calm, stay curious, and trust that thereʼs always a way forward.
5. What’s your favourite activity?
Honestly, anything creative. Half the time itʼs choosing what to paint, then the other two days of the week itʼs turning my house into a creative disaster zone!
6. Other than Cloud Assess (of course) what’s your favourite app and why?
Probably Apple music. (I can hear the gasp from Spotify users!) I think music really sets my tone for the day. LoFi getʼs me into my “I swear Iʼm focussedˮ mode.
7. Tell us something that might surprise us about you!
Despite being in sales, Iʼm actually quite introverted. Most nights, Iʼm drawing, painting or gaming or having a silent meltdown over uni deadlines.
8. What is Online Assessment to you?
As an Account Executive at an LMS/SMS provider, I really should nail this definition. But it can mean anything from a simple quiz to a full blown digital transformation. To me, itʼs keeping trainers and admin sane and students uploading that “FinalV2FINALTHISONE.Pdfˮ file without any hiccups.
9. What’s your favourite feature in Cloud Assess?
Definitely the mobile app. Every institution says they have a mobile app… and after using three of them, I can confirm theyʼre all disasters. Iʼm honestly tempted to march into my uniʼs procurement team and show them what a real app looks like.
10. What’s the best thing about working for Cloud Assess?
The people. Everyone is supportive, passionate, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Itʼs rare to find a workplace where collaboration is this natural.
