How does the PowerPro integration work?

PowerPro authenticates against the Cloud Assess API using an API client and API key provisioned in your Cloud Assess organisation. PowerPro makes requests to push data in (users, enrolments) and read data back out (results, completions).

Is this integration free or paid?

Cloud Assess doesn’t charge an API access fee for partner integrations. PowerPro may charge for their integration — that’s between you and them.

What data is synced?

Our API supports creating and updating users, enrolments, intakes and org structure, plus reading assessment results, unit outcomes and form submissions. Which parts PowerPro implements is a partner-side decision — talk to them for the specifics.

Who supports the integration if something goes wrong?

PowerPro supports the integration logic — what’s called when, how data is mapped, error handling in their UI. Cloud Assess supports our API — if an API call is failing on our side, we’ll fix it.

How is the connection secured?

PowerPro authenticates with an API key scoped to your organisation. The key is stored encrypted in Cloud Assess and can be revoked at any time. PowerPro is responsible for storing the key securely on their side.
