Do training results sync back to ShiftCare?
Yes. Completions flow back into the ShiftCare Skills Matrix automatically, so compliance records stay up to date without manual data entry. Managers can see at a glance who is trained, certified and ready to be rostered.
Is there any data migration when moving from Certifications to Learning?
No. Learning runs on the same Cloud Assess instance as Certifications, so all your learners, completion records and badges carry straight over. You simply unlock the full LMS, including custom content creation, inductions, site risk assessments and safety checks.
