The Intake Matrix now has an Activities view, giving you activity-level progress for every learner in a cohort without running an export.
Who is this for?
Trainers, administrators and compliance managers who need to see how learners are tracking across the activities within each unit.
Why it matters
Activity progress and unit outcomes now sit in the same view, so you can see who needs support and evidence progress at a glance, without switching to an export or opening each enrolment.
Key features
- Units and Activities views – Toggle between unit outcomes and activity-level progress on the same Intake Matrix.
- Progress column – See how far each learner has progressed through their own activities, with counts on hover.
- Sort to spot who needs support – Sort by progress to see which learners are furthest from completing their activities.
- Flexible grouping – Group activities by unit, or by journey stage for intakes that follow a learning journey.
- Persistent search and filters – Filters and search apply across both views as you switch.
- Direct access to records and exports – Open any activity record in a new tab, and reach the existing exports from the top right of either view.
How to get started
- Go to Intakes and open the intake you want to review.
- Click on the Matrix tab.
- Use the Units / Activities toggle to switch to the Activities view.
