Record government and industry credential numbers in Cloud Assess and have them appear automatically on issued certificates and statements of attainment.

Credential code on certificates

Who is this for?

RTOs delivering regulated training where learners receive a unique credential number from a government or industry body — such as white cards or traffic management accreditations.

Why it matters

For regulated training, the credential number is the detail employers, licensing bodies and auditors look for. Recording numbers once and having them appear automatically keeps every issued document accurate and consistent.

Key features

  • Custom credential fields – Define the fields you need (e.g. “TC Number”, “White Card No.”) on your accredited certificate templates.
  • Credential numbers tab – Enter and manage each learner’s number in the new Credential numbers tab within the intake.
  • Automatic inclusion on documents – Certificates and statements of attainment generate as normal, with the correct number appearing on the PDF automatically.
  • Choose where fields appear – Control which fields show on the certificate and which on the statement of attainment.

How to get started

Define credential fields on your accredited certificate template, enter each learner’s number in the intake’s Credential numbers tab, and issue documents as normal.
